FitsAir operates Inaugural Cargo Flight on the Airbus A320 to the Maldives

FitsAir operated the first flight on the newly acquired Airbus A320 this morning to Velana International Airport, Male, Maldives from Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

FitsAir took the delivery of the Airbus A320 earlier this year in March becoming the first private airline in Sri Lankan to achieve this feat.

The only second international operator in Sri Lanka, FitsAir began operating cargo flights to the Maldives in April 2020 with the ATR 72-600.

In addition to the Airbus A320 and the ATR72, the airline operates 2 Cessna C208 aircraft.
