Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) is the largest seaplane operator in the world with a massive fleet of De Havilland DHC6 Twin Otters.
The newest addition which will be the carrier's 60th Twin Otter has departed on the ferry flight to the Maldives all the way from Canada.
The DHC6-300 series Twin Otter; MSN300 first rolled out in 1979 and has been in operation with multiple carriers to date.
TMA at present operates to over 80 destinations across the Maldives primarily serving to resorts.
