A fire broke out at ‘Neelan Fihaara’ in Male’ earlier this morning.
A thick cloud of black smoke was seen when the fire broke out which is said to have spread to an accommodation block nearby.
Maldives Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Services (ARFF) Fire Vehicle provided assistance in controlling the fire.
At the time of writing this article, the fire has been brought under control.
