A Cessna 650 Citation Crashed Shortly After Takeoff In Gulf Of Mexico


A Cessna 650 Citation VII Plane (XB-VFJ) belonging to a private company has crashed into the sea shortly after departure under unknown circumstances.



The aircraft departed from Veracruz Airport in Mexico at 8:50 PM, en route to Toluca, but disappeared from radar just three minutes later and crashed into the Gulf of Mexico.


Flight data indicates that the aircraft made a sharp descent from an altitude of 6,000 feet before the crash.


The cause of the crash is currently unknown and is under investigation. Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of those affected by this tragedy.
