Indigo Employees Lodge A Complain To Airbus Stating The Carrier Is Breaking Standard Procedures

IndiGo’s technicians have filed a complaint to aircraft manufacturer Airbus citing the carrier's failure to adhere to standard maintenance procedures.

According to reports, the letter states that the carrier is operating aircraft without proper maintenance procedures and are also deferring the scheduled maintenances.

There is currently an ongoing conflict between the airline and its employees and IndiGo has denied these claims.

The carrier’s employees are protesting due to lower salaries and there are further reports of a few employee terminations followings the protests.

However, as per the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) of India, they did not find any issue with the carrier's maintenance procedures and have stated that everything is in order.
