BeOnd is a private airline founded by Max Nilov and Tero Taskila in November 2022. The carrier plans to operate to over 60 destinations in more than 25 countries with a fleet of over 30 aircraft in the next 5 years.

The airline is a joint venture formed by the Emirati investment firm Arabesque, and the Maldivian hospitality company SIMDI Group.

The carrier began operations with 1 Airbus A319 and has plans to expand up to 20 airplanes. At present a second aircraft, An Airbus A321 is expected to join the fleet in 2024.
